We want all our Kittens to love their purchases!


We do our absolute best to ensure all products that leave our warehouse arrive in extraordinary condition and we take pride in using top quality materials to guarantee a perfect fitment and feel on all our beachwear. Trust us to make you look good on the beach!  

 

Exchanges (if applicable)


Our exchange policy for sizing issues lasts 14 days from date of delivery on catalog items. This does not include discounted items or items that are purchased using a discount code or items from our Free Bikini Giveaway as they are shipping & handling only and from various other vendors. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with clothing tag and poly bag.

To complete your exchange please include your order # and size for the exchange and mail to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and the status of its replacement. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.” We will offer store credit (valid for one month from being issued) or we can offer size exchanges for the same style.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with pictures of the defect and we will be in touch about replacing the item (same size and style) immediately.

Late or missing exchanges (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received your exchange package yet, please contact us for tracking information.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please reference the shipping chart on the FAQ page.
